Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced US Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, ensuring compliance with US employment laws, and developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of HR practices and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the documentation for the On Boarding process of the Consultant, sending the MSA, PO and W9 to the Vendor and receive the signed copies for our record.
  • Assist in creating, editing and proofreading correspondence.
  • You shall also work on the Pass-thru; you should be able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Responsible as a primary point of contact for all the contract related matters.
  • Maintain HR records and employee data in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in other legal matters, administrative duties as needed by the senior management team.
