US Immigration Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented US Immigration Manager to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the company's immigration processes and programs. This role requires extensive knowledge of US immigration laws, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with employees, legal counsel, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement immigration policies and procedures to ensure compliance with US immigration laws and regulations.
  • Track and manage the status of all active immigration cases and ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee and manage the company's immigration program, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, PERM, and other visa categories.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding immigration matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state immigration laws and regulations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in US immigration management or a related role.
