Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants, ensuring placements, and building relationships with clients and vendors. This role requires a strong understanding of the US IT recruitment process, excellent sales and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market our bench consultants to clients and vendors for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prime vendors and clients to secure placement opportunities.
  • Utilize various job boards, social media, and networking channels to identify potential opportunities for bench consultants.
  • Work closely with recruiters to understand the skill sets and experience of bench consultants.
  • Proven track record of successful placements and client relationships.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
