Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Management Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience in project management. The successful candidate will assist experienced project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects while gaining valuable skills and knowledge in project management methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Business process flow, identify areas of issues/areas of improvement, initiate projects and manage.
  • Implement and manage HR & immigration compliance tool for Vimtra Venture group of companies.
  • Coordinate with customer support team of compliance tool to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Manage consultants working under different clients with various technical skill sets.
  • Evaluate consultants and assist them with their training & immigration needs.
  • Manage consultants, assignment of project, project changes, Time sheets, Terminations and Immigration details in the compliance tool.
