We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring IT professionals for our clients across the United States. This role requires a deep understanding of the US IT job market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source IT candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed profiles and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide timely recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
  • Work closely with other recruiters and team members to share knowledge and best practices.
